What is TICKEY?
TICKEY is a compact color e-paper device you can customize from your phone and use as a bag charm, event badge, desk display, fridge note, or QR/NFC sharing object.
Are TICKET and TICKEY the same product?
Yes. TICKEY is the new name for the product previously called TICKET. They are the same product; only the name has changed.
Can it play video?
No. TICKEY uses e-paper, which is designed for static, always-visible visuals rather than video playback.
How long does the battery last?
The image stays visible without continuous power. The team reports over 1,000 refreshes per charge in laboratory tests. Battery life varies with refresh frequency and wireless use.
Is it waterproof?
No. TICKEY is designed with physical buttons, so it does not support waterproofing.
Where can I learn more about TICKEY?
Choose a faceplate style on the product page, select your quantity, and add TICKEY to your cart. Review the selected style and quantity before checkout.
Will there be templates?
Yes. TICKEY will support many templates, and you can also share them.
Can it update images on a schedule?
A scheduled album feature is planned. It is not a confirmed feature of the current app preview.
Does TICKEY support development?
Yes. TICKEY uses ESP32-S3 as its main controller. It has a rich and mature developer community, so you can build almost anything with TICKEY.
